Our Thanksgiving Menu

After dithering this way and that, I’ve finally finished the menu for Thanksgiving and our Dead Poultry Society party.

Thank you everyone for your nice comments. I love Thanksgiving and cook like this every year. It never struck me that this menu was at all ambitious until I wrote it down.
